About me
Hi, I'm Gabrielle, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering therapy virtually to individuals across Ontario and British Columbia. I hold a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia.
I work with neurodivergent individuals, people living with chronic illness, and clients seeking anxiety relief and support with low mood. These experiences can bring similar emotional weight in different ways: burnout, identity shifts, boundary setting, grief, and the feeling of being misunderstood. Whatever has brought you here, my focus is on helping you make sense of your experience, ease the anxiety that often surrounds it, and find more grounded, sustainable ways of responding that support lasting change.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, warmth, and compassion, shaped by my clinical training, nursing background, and my own experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person. I draw on attachment-based approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with psychoeducation, offering practical tools and strategies you can use in everyday life to build a sense of self that feels authentic, manageable, and aligned with who you truly are.
My Approach
As a mental health clinician, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities and tailor them to your unique needs.
My work is informed by:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment-Based Psychotherapy
Person Centered/Humanistic Psychotherapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Solution-Focused Therapy
Trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles guide how I show up in every session. Shaping the pace, language, and space I offer, regardless of which modality we are using.
Services
My practice is virtual, offering services to individuals in Ontario and British Columbia.
